As her obsession grew, Sabah changed her college degree from dance to cultural studies so that she could travel to Egypt to study at the American Univeristy in Cairo. After finishing her degree, Sabah was offered a contract to work on a cruise ship in Cairo. She also began to travel to teach and perform belly dance in countries such as Egypt, Morocco, France and Iceland. In 2005, Sabah auditioned and joined the Bellydance Superstars. In the last 5 years she worked her way from soloist to Director of the troupe. Sabah is now excited to pass on her knownledge in dance thru her own projects, workshops, and classes. |

| Comments | Josephine Wise is one of the UK's leading exponents of Egyptian dance, and is a leading international performer and teacher. Her style is known for its authenticity and deep expression. Josephine trained in contemporary dance, ballet, jazz and Flamenco, and is also influenced by Indian, African and Far Eastern styles. In 1981 she discovered Middle Eastern Dance and trained in England and Egypt. She began performing in cabaret in 1983 and has performed to audiences throughout the UK, Europe, Egypt and the Middle East. Josephine teaches authentic Egyptian style and many fusion styles from her choreographic experience, including fusions of Middle Eastern with Flamenco, African, Hiphop, and Contemporary. Her classes are informative and fun, and sometimes surreal! |
